Hmmm ... depends on what you plan to choke. Thrush is often found in the mouth / tongue area - a yeast Candida (yeast) overgrowth in the body. Too much yeast in the body can appear in many respects, and the throttle is one of them. I tried some acidophilus capsules ... open one and put in hot water ... (if they can be resolved - but I'm not), stir in a little water. Then take a sip of water and swish it around the mouth as long as possible, then spit. Continue to do so until the water is gone. Acidophilus is found in health food stores ... see also located on the island, tea and a herb called Pau D'Arco ... Another herb that helps the yeast. You can drink the tea twice a day and the tea is cooled to swish in your mouth. The "contact" with acidophilus or tea should be at least 2-3 times per day. I also take some acidophilus capsules daily ... 2 per day.
Activia yogurt that is good for nutrition and food / drink called kefir .. Nutrients was similar acidophilus (probiotics) Stay awaySugar and yeast as well. Can not hurt to read about it! : O)
Try Marmite - foam only on good and solid.
Do not wash a few days, but can sting, but leave it!
