Do you need a special license to do ear coning? - ear cones
I live in Massachusetts and want to start doing ear coning as a service to my manicure license in about 2 months and was told that everything you need. Does anyone encounter anything at all?

I do not think you do need a license. It is very simple and non-invasive.
