Ap Lab On Respiration Can Someone Tell Me How To Calculate The Corrected Difference For The Cell Respiration Lab For AP Bio?

Difference = (inital reading at time 0) - (X reading time)
The adjusted difference = (peas read inital reading at time 0 - pea seeds at time x) - (first reading accounts at time 0 - Readings at the conclusion X)
The reason for this is to get the exact size and to ensure that the accounts do not play until the results of the auditor / peas.
